The RSPA 2025 Awards Banquet and Dances are scheduled for THREE dates:
Saturday, October 18 and Saturday, October 25, and Saturday, November 1 (Halloween banquet).
Banquet dates WILL FILL UP EARLY!
A great party to end the season with great food, drinks, dancing and door prizes!
LOCATION: Lions Banquet Hall, 45 Avondale Blvd, Brampton, ON L6T 1H1
south side, just west of Bramalea Road, 3 blocks north of Steeles Ave (just north of the airport)

RSPA BANQUET INFO
• All teams will be assigned a banquet date for their team.
• Teams may request to switch dates if they prefer, but date switches must be approved.
• Teams or individual players may attend more than one date if tickets are available.
• Each team is required to pre-pay the banquet deposit of $240 which covers the first four (4) tickets.
• Tickets are $60 per person and include open bar (all you can drink) and all-you-can-eat buffet,
and some of the most amazing draw prizes!
• Banquet tickets will NOT be handed out. A pdf version of the ticket is available on-line for info only.
• Each team must confirm the number of tickets that are required 7 days before the banquet.
• The team may change the number of tickets that are required up to 7 days before the banquet.
• The team rep is required to pay for the balance of the tickets at the door at the banquet.
• REMEMBER - Whatever number of tickets that you confirm, you MUST pay for.
• Tickets available on first come-first serve basis. Banquet dates WILL FILL UP EARLY!
• Team are also required to donate a door prize
(all teams have somebody that can get a door prize) valued $25.00-30.00.

RSPA All-Star Night & Barbecue 2025

The RSPA 2025 All-Star Night & Barbecue was cancelled for 2023.
at Paul Coffey Park, 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
Derry Road, south-west corner of Goreway Drive / Disco Road; take 427 north to Derry Road,
take Derry Road west; the park is behind the Malton arena (use the arena parking lot to get into the park).

• RSPA All-Star Night will include:
• FREE BARBECUE, free pop, bring your coolers.
• Home run hitting contest (male & female), base running (male & female),
pitching contest, individual and team throwing contests, games, etc.
• This event is optional for all teams, but if you ask anybody who has attended, they will tell you what a fun night it is!
(there are no RSPA scheduled games on that night).
• Also, this event is subsidized by league fees, so come out and get your money's worth!
• This event is once again dedicated to charity, a fund-raiser for the Covenant House.
All events will require a donation to enter and all funds, plus a donation from the league,
will be sent to Covenant House in the name of Erin Cumming.
• We will also have a 50-50 draw and will accept donations from non-participants.
• All events will require a donation - all proceeds go to The Covenant House.
• All events are open to all players and we will allow multiple player entries from the same team in all events.
• We are looking for prizes, volunteers, ideas, etc.
• The RSPA All-Star Night is a result of a lot of work and cannot be successful without the help we get from the amazing crew of volunteers!
• Why don't you step up and help? • Give us your input!

RSPA Volleyball Night Friday
Updated January 15, 2023RSPA volleyball night will not be scheduled for 2023. Diamond Beach volleyball courts are gone.

The RSPA Volleyball Night at Diamond Beach was another fun night!A great success considering that all the Friday teams were playing ball to make up for the rain-outs. And rain? Not a sight! A gorgeous night!
Free entry, subsidized prices on all food and beer and a fun night!
Team Purple Cobras beat team Pay2Day in the finals to win and they had such fun together they wanted the winning photo together, AND ... want to set up a date to play ball against each other.
